I had a question about using the kiosk and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one greeted me and offered to assist. I've been coming to this KFC since 2004 and today they've lost my business. Popeyes, Cane's, Pollo Loco, are all down the street. If management doesn't care about their customers then I'll take my money elsewhere. No wonder KFC is losing business.
