Staff did not have order ready at time I was emailed it was done which was fine. I came back in 15 as they said. Food was not ready then my nuggets were a chopped up tender. Guy I assume was the manager kept offering other food but I wanted a refund. Had to keep saying I wanted my refund.

I usually don’t care to make a review but this place needs new management. I’ve been working since I was 16 so I understand hiring younger workers but they need an actual manager, someone with guidance, service is terrible. It doesn’t matter what time I go up there or if I do a mobile order , or if it’s busy or not, they ALWAYS have you pull up to the front of the store and have you wait on your order. It’s only 3 kfc’s out here and I would skip this one entirely.

I've been eating at KFC more than 50 years & this KFC on Losee in Las Vegas was one of the worst experiences ive ever had. I arrived at 5pm, right at dinnertime. They didn't have any chicken cooked! None!! Said it would be 40 minutes before any was done. There excuse was They had a new cook! The manager looked lost. I know It only takes 20 minutes. They were rude and unapologetic...
