I have never ordered here and received all of the things I have bought. They frequently forget Gravy, and will often serve awful Fries, I am so glad the app has allowed you to pick the location you order delivery from now!
Staff did not have order ready at time I was emailed it was done which was fine. I came back in 15 as they said. Food was not ready then my nuggets were a chopped up tender. Guy I assume was the manager kept offering other food but I wanted a refund. Had to keep saying I wanted my refund.

I usually don’t care to make a review but this place needs new management. I’ve been working since I was 16 so I understand hiring younger workers but they need an actual manager, someone with guidance, service is terrible. It doesn’t matter what time I go up there or if I do a mobile order , or if it’s busy or not, they ALWAYS have you pull up to the front of the store and have you wait on your order. It’s only 3 kfc’s out here and I would skip this one entirely.
