Staff did not have order ready at time I was emailed it was done which was fine. I came back in 15 as they said. Food was not ready then my nuggets were a chopped up tender. Guy I assume was the manager kept offering other food but I wanted a refund. Had to keep saying I wanted my refund. Two months later and the same manager this exact moment can not have an online order ready then tries to short me on food. I ordered for 645 pickup and came late to avoid them not being ready. Someone one in management should really review the cameras and see how much these peeps dont do. Its always an odd experience. This one they forgot out fries. No problem. We wait 8 minutes for someone to come back. Then go into the store wait 5 minutes. The staff members are sleeping together while customers are in the line. One person comes out adjusting their pants. 06/26/26 8:32pm. I thought i had seen that it all bro I guess not lmfaooooo

I do food deliveries and every time i come pick up at this specific location, the food is never ready on time and it’s always a 15+ minute wait. They have no sense of urgency and they take long to acknowledge you. This place needs better management.
