My sister went in there and the young light skinned black cashier girl was flirting with a customer and just being very inappropriate. Just very unprofessional.
Terrible service. My order was marked as ready in the app even though it wasn’t. When I went inside, the employee said they were out of chicken tenders and didn’t seem to care. No apology, no solution, just poor customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Use to work at a KFC years ago... Food isn't as good as it used to be. This store could use some maintenance. Every surface in the bathroom was sticky.
They had one door that was open, the other two you couldn't use. The women's restroom was out of order. They had one employee working both the register and the drive thru. They did not have the original chicken, only crispy. The chicken was dry and way overcooked. The pot pie and sides and biscuit was good. The soda was flat. There were cool pictures on the wall of Colonel Sanders. Probably wouldn't go back to that location.
