Went thru Drive thru, did not receive the sides I ordered. Attempted to reach the store by phone, the line just rings even though they are open for another 2 hours, will never go back to monroeville location. No good service at any of their locations!
Super delicious. It was my fiance's first time trying the crispy chicken sandwich and it was so much sandwich she ate the other half for dinner. The coleslaw was the real star of the meal
Service is second to none
This was a horrible experience. They were out of a lot of things, employees didn’t want to take orders, and the dining room was a mess.i will not be coming back to this location
Ordered online. Will NEVER order from here again. We waited almost an hour for our food. Which was meh at best. Employees were rude and just walking around. Only the order gentleman in the back was actually doing any work. Store is filthy. Food is way over priced. They had no biscuits. Not as bad as McDonald's hairy French fries, but still a really bad experience.
