As nasty as the sour coleslaw and cold wedges were my biggest gripe is how tiny this shitty drive thru is, on my one and only trip here late at night/early morning, my rim got busted in the drive thru as soon as I was done giving my order and pulling up to move towards the window! been going there for a while now but the staffs are quite unprofessional. they make sure you don't feel welcome, unfortunately.
I drive for a food delivery service on the weekends and had the absolute displeasure of picking up a small order from this location tonight. I arrived in store to pick up at 10:01 and finally left at 10:30, when the lobby closes. They literally locked the doors behind me on my way out. Over the 30 minutes I was in store waiting I asked about the order twice with 2 different employees. I was not given an estimated wait time and frankly wasn't given an update at all about the food.
