Foods cold they never told me my food was on there counter Horrible customer service I stood at the counter waiting for someone and no one spoke to me never coming back
Was in the drive thru looking at the menu. I was all not even a full 3 minutes and they were literally constantly asking me if there was anything I needed or if I had any questions. I told them no twice already. Was just trying to find a menu item fit for me and my family. It’s as if they were rushing me. No one was behind me or even in the line. I just drove off. Poor customer service. Yuck.
I have ordered 3times lately. We'll, you struck out all three times. Messed up the order orders by never looking at what was ordered. I ordered a wing and not a thigh but I got a thigh. No more ordering from KFC for me.
