Decided to use the touch screen ordering system, though you can still order at the counter with someone with a pulse. Process was adequately intuitive and straightforward. Slightly more suggestions to upgrade or add something than a human might make. Just say no thanks, it's nothing personal because the machine cannot read you like a human does.
