Just moved to the Area from Massachusetts, been here twice in 2 weeks, does the District Manager ever visit this place. Dashers are waiting 12 minutes for chicken and Mac n Cheese and the restaurant is not busy at all. We dined in, the lady took my order from the drive thru register. They gave us sandwich bread instead of biscuits. An employee was sitting in the dining area the whole time we were here.
This KFC sucks!!!! They should be closed the hell down! Every single time I have tried to go here , something goes wrong, I mean every single time!! Just get rid of it already or get better staff! They lock all the doors so when they mess your order up you can’t even come in to get it fixed , you have to drive around again , they miss items , they are rude and don’t give a damn !
Got 12 piece bucket with Mac and cheese and mash potatoes chicken was dry Mac and cheese was dry like it’s been out all day. And they charged $42.00 what a joke. KFC use to be good now they are subpar at best. Will never spend my money at KFC ever aging.
I would rate this KFC with a 1/2 star but I didn't have an option. The franchise owner or who ever manages this facility need to really evaluate what is going on at this location. The location closes whenever and each time I came to this location they are always out of something or always to be only 2 employees working. So disappointing not even sure why I keep thinking it will be ok the next visit.
