My coworker ordered our meals online. I got a $7 full up bucket and she got a 2 piece combo. Or office is about 5 minutes away so we waited a little while before we left. we sat in the drive through for 5 minutes they never said anything on the speaker we drove around and they looked at us and ignored us. we placed an order on the app the lobby was closed and there was no other way to get in. we drove around for 10 minutes tried to get their attention they eventually came to the window and told us we’d have to cancel and they weren’t doing it. mind you it was 9:15 and they close at 10. Sunday, June 8th, 2025, 4:30p - ordered 8pc mixed bucket, original crust, by KFC app. Price was $19.29 minus $5 off coupon. Came in to pick up the order. Not ready due to no breasts or wings available. Agreed to 4 legs & thighs due to another 20-minute wait. *** BAD DECISION *** The chicken was terribly old. Always check your order before leaving.
