Horrible service. Very long wait for alot of people made to wait in cars . They need a new manager.
Interior smelt faintly of pot, we were told we'd get four extra crispy legs and four original recipe legs, and ended up with two extra crispy legs, two original recipe legs, two extra crispy thighs, and two original recipe thighs. The biscuits were also hard, and the mountain dew sweet lightning also only poured out carbonated water. We stood at the counter for about five minutes without being greeted as they seemed short staffed.
There chicken was frozen and they could not provide me with chicken at KFC 🤨
This is by far the worst KFC that I have ever been in. The staff are the most uncaring group of people that you've ever seen. I saw one gentleman come in to pick up an order that should have had chocolate cake and they put in lemon cake. They said they were out of chocolate cake and they had to replace it with what they had. They do not give refunds for incorrect orders. They did not listen to my order and thankfully I caught it and had them fix it. But we will never be back to this horrible location. The training and qualit... read more
