If I could give this place a zero I would. Terrible service. Attitude is trash from the people that work here. Last week the works were outside with kids. The his place is not a daycare. No communication with costumer. Told me that my order is being made the now I have to wait for it to get made is unacceptable. Terrible
Second Review: Its been a year. Im trying again. Order a 3 piece white meat original recipe with Cole slaw and fries. They give me dark meat. I ask them to correct it. They replace the 3 dark pieces with two white pieces. I point out that I ordered a three piece. They bring me two wings (one extra) and apologize. I appreciated that. I go to eat and realize they gave me mashed potatoes and fries instead of Cole slaw and fries. I door dash and have been assigned orders to pick up from this store and when I get there they refuse to make the food because their fryers are off, it's 830pm and they show to be open til 10pm but your fryers are off and you won't make the food? Why are they even open then when you ask them to make it they are rude and unprofessional the store is extremely dirty. I would not order a napkin from this store, any other KFC this store needs to be closed

If I could give a zero star they well deserve it. I received an incomplete order. Wrong items and cold not fresh food. “After they said please pull to the side so your food is fresh. It was nothing but fresh. It was all cold hard and soggy! Beware the food tastes like the greasy parking lot looks! Sunday 14th at about 4:30pm. Lesson learned read the reviews!!!! 🤮
