Arrived a few minutes after 11. First ones there and took a good 7-8 minutes for someone to come take our order. 4 more people came in and all got their food before we did. Husband had gotten fries with his famous bowl and they didn't bring the fries out until after we were finished eating. Water was dripping out of the ceiling and the floor was flooded where the fountain drinks are. Management is terrible!!
I’ve had my law straw with this restaurant. To pay $30 for a family meal for the chicken to be fried hard as a rock is unacceptable. I don’t know how this restaurant is still even open. They just need to close it. Then when you call to complain they tell you to call back another day because there is no manager working. Smh I will never go back. Who is even running this place?
