Came inside to pick up my online order I very politely asked for my mobile order by my first name on the order. Proceeded to refuse to give me my food unless I could produce a confirmation # from my order. I will go to bojangles from now on their foods better anyway.
The girl who was at front Veronica was very rude towards us for no reason. She had a very nasty attitude.
I usually go to kfc 3 to 4 times a week. They always give me a black container of gravy with my meal . Today it was a small clear container only half full. I drove back around told the lady my problem she said they could give me a small one for $3.20for just gravy i guess they have lost a customer
