JOKE OF A PLACE
Visited on 7/22/25, everything was great. Visited on 7/30/25, they had no carbonated water for the soda fountain, and had plain water diluting the soda syrup. I ordered the same 3 pc, dark meat meal. The second time, the chicken pieces were half the size of the ones the week before.
Went here for the coupon deal for buy $15 worth of food and get a 8pc chicken bucket. We got the bubble mash deal thats 8pc chicken and larg mash potatoes woth gravy and biscuits for $20 and got a 8pc chicken bucket for free. I ordered online and it was ready when I pulled in. You also gain 200 points for your order to be used for other orders. They also have $7 lunch/meals deals.
Came inside to pick up my online order I very politely asked for my mobile order by my first name on the order. Proceeded to refuse to give me my food unless I could produce a confirmation # from my order. I will go to bojangles from now on their foods better anyway.
The girl who was at front Veronica was very rude towards us for no reason. She had a very nasty attitude.
