First off, I will say the people are very nice. This review is of no reflection of them personally. They are required to do the food by company standards which are seriously lacking. I ordered a pot pie and it was just carrots with one piece of tiny chicken. I stuck the spork in there so you could see how empty it is. This is ridiculous. These companies are laughing at us at this point.
Kfc in Hixson is getting bad they really need to hire a new crew.The last 3 times Ive went there I've had to go back because my order wasn't right I get there today go through the drive through the little girl was rude never greeted me didn't read my order back I ordered a two piece received and paid for a 3 piece I had to ask for my receipt first of all so I took my food back in paid for what I wanted in the first place they didn't give me a fork a straw or anything so I've finally came to the conclusion kfc is just not the... read more
I am a older gentleman and a nice young lady helped me with my tray. She brought it from the counter to my seat. Her name was Alyssa I saw it on her name tag. She was a very helpful young lady.
Staff was very nice. Food was BLEH. We ordered the bucket of chicken, it was just a moist and not even crispy.
Ordered a 2 piece dark meat meal. The chicken thigh & leg were so small! I got 3 bites out of the thigh & 2 bites off of the leg. Never again!!
