I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. As soon as I walked in, I went up to the counter ready to place my order, but instead of being greeted or acknowledged, the employee simply stared at me without saying anything. It immediately made me feel unwelcome. When I started ordering, every response I received was short, cold, and sounded irritated, as if I was inconveniencing the employee by simply trying to buy food.
