I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. As soon as I walked in, I went up to the counter ready to place my order, but instead of being greeted or acknowledged, the employee simply stared at me without saying anything. It immediately made me feel unwelcome. When I started ordering, every response I received was short, cold, and sounded irritated, as if I was inconveniencing the employee by simply trying to buy food. Disrescepted for no reason
Food was good!!
UPDATE: Looks like not much has changed. Placed order online. It said pickup 10-15 mins. Got there 20mins after order and was told still have to wait 12mins for chicken. What? Don’t know the difference between coleslaw and French fries. Service is bad all the time. One of the worst KFCs I’ve ever been to.
