Every time I go to this they screw up the order. When I bring it back in untouched. They charge me for the correct item. They say I took it outside so they can't sell it again.
I ordered a popcorn chicken bucket, a large mashed potato and gravy, a tenders combo box, a chicken sandwich, and a large chocolate chip cake for my family. I had ordered the cake as a surprise. When I got home I had opened my order and there was no chocolate cake. I went back and told them about it, and they said “oh the reason you didn’t get it was because it was frozen.” They didn’t tell me this upon receiving my order and just let me leave without it. the food was over cooked and I did a mobile order, when it was ready I went in to get it and still had yo wait 10+ minutes to get it, they just kept looking at me. and there were 3 other people that ordered before I even went in and didn't have their food either.
I visited this KFC at around 2:00 PM and ordered fried chicken. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The chicken did not taste fresh and seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time. The oil tasted old and looked very dark, which made the chicken greasy and unpleasant to eat. I expected much better quality from KFC. I hope the management pays more attention to food freshness and changes the cooking oil regularly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
