Poor customer service. I went there just before 9pm. I ordered or I should say tried to order a 12 piece family meal and was told by the girl on the mic that the manager wasn't going to allow anymore family meals because they were running out of food. Rude, raggedy, ratched and understaffed. You can't call the store to complain or report a problem because they take the phone off the hook or it simply doesn't work
I recently sent my wife here to get chicken tenders for us and our movers as a thank you for their hard work. A woman working here was extremely rude to my wife. Got angry at her and the very helpful cashier for ordering "Too many tenders." Then told my wife she would only make dark meat bone-in chicken if she wanted an order that big. Too bad too because the order was for 11 people and they would've made a decent amount of money off the size order I was making. Didn't even look like KFC tenders. Even when I asked for fresh, they were hot but didn't have much breading or seasoning.
