Ok this place was awful. I waited for half and hour, we ordered a 8 piece family pack. I don’t know why, and since I was doing a drive through, the staff said to park in those parking spots facing the Jack restaurant an waited the for half an hour *meanwhile other cars driving out of the drive through* so, I got off the car and told the person at the drive through that they were taking a long time. So then I LUCKILY got the order that I picked. The 8 piece family pack.

Where do I start? We got there and waited nearly 20 minutes before our order was taken, with only one person in front of us. The kid that was clearly supposed to be on the register was preparing orders, while we all stood there. (In his defense, it looked like he was having to do the jobs of the other five or six employees just standing around.)
