I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by KFC’s area supervisor. I simply asked for my fries to be cooked well done, and what should have been a simple customer request turned into one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Instead of responding respectfully, the area supervisor began yelling at his employees because they asked for fresh fries to be made. Went in with my 11 year old son, been on the road for a while hungry, no in app ordering or machines inside to order so stood at the counter, multiple staff members were around older man looked straight at us never acknowledge us neither did any of the others drive through had one car so no excuse, the man walks towards the counter goes out of the side door and sits down in the restaurant. I walked out in the end Awful customer service FYI letting a customer know someone will be with them shortly goes a long way
