I bought the eight piece chicken plus two drumsticks . I got it home and the chicken was soggy and I was missing the two drumsticks . I was charged for them. I took the order back and the employee told me that there were no refunds and did not offer to redo the order!! I will never go back again. It was the Valley Mills drive and Lake Air in Waco, Texas. The order of $17.00 was returned!!
I came in for a doordash delivery and no one even acknowledged me. There were 2 guys cleaning and 2 women working the drive through and making the food. No one would even make eye contact with me to tell me it would be a minute. It was like I didn't even exist. When I finally did get one of the lady's attention, she asked the name for the delivery and when I told her, she said they were still working on it as she walked away from me so I could barely hear her. Worst customer experience I have ever experienced.

Food is delicious good tasting but the services sucks ..
Ordered tenders, a bucket of chicken and two large sides. lady that took my order was not very pleasant but w/e. When I noticed there was no gravy for the tenders, she told me she was charging me for gravy? Do tenders not come with gravy?
