I wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback for Caden at KFC. He took our order through the drive-thru/intercom today, and the level of patience, professionalism, and kindness he showed was honestly impressive. We had quite a few questions about the menu, and not once did he sound annoyed, rushed, or impatient. Now this is the KFC I remember! I ordered from the kiosk for dine in. I'm a senior citizen and had a little trouble navigating the menu but no worries . When my order arrived, I had mistakenly ordered spicy wings instead of regular. The manager/staff fixed my order and upgraded the meal at no extra cost to a white meat 4 pcs with two whole wings and 2 breasts( crispy). I was very pleased with the upgrade.
