Walked into this KFC the dining area was so disgusting. It was unbelievable. Food crumbs everywhere I was trying to place my order on the self ordering encounter while I noticed food crumbs dirt trash on the floor. It looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. So I made my way to the front ordering encounter and looked in the kitchen area and that looked even worse gloves on the floor trash on the floor boxes. It was so disgusting. I canceled my order and left. The sanitation department should really look into this place

Listen... It's KFC... Nobody expects perfection. But your crispy chicken should actually be... crispy. Ours was soggy, like it had been steamed. And the meat was dry. Gross guys. Come on... They closed the one in Farmington... This is the only KFC nearby now.

If you want dissatisfaction come here. Your order will always be wrong no matter what day it is, even when they're not busy. The sauce you want they will ask but not put it in the bag. Spoon you need to eat half the sides well looks like your going to have to use a lid or your hands like a savage. Fast food work is not hard anyone who's worked for a living knows it but everyone here has just gave up on the first day. Tacobell is across the street you will be fine eating there.
