After waiting over 45 minutes to receive my food and bringing this to someone's attention, the person outright said I absolutely did not wait 45 minutes, as if I'm either a liar or an idiot who doesn't know how to tell time, then proceeded to end the conversation by slamming the drive through window closed. No apology. No offer to reimburse the meal. No offer for a few for item. Just rude, disrespectful discourse. Stopped at drive thru at 8pm and menu light was off, told it was broke. I couldn't read most of menu and had to ask questions. No other customers were in line or inside. The man told me to use my phone flashlight and I tried but it didn't help. The man was rude. When I got to window I told the girl that the person who took my order was rude.
