Worst restaurant EVER! Chicken was old and greasy, sides were cold and biscuit hard and stale. Brought it to the workers attention and she got an attitude and told me I could always go somewhere else, asked for refund or fresh food and she laughed at me. Never ever again- they need to just close this KFC down.
They were nice at first. Then when I told them I forgot to say crispy instead of original the girl's attitude changed. With my 2nd order I asked for 2 thighs and received 2 legs. I didn't take it back because I live 45 min away. But, she was nice to the customer after me. I have worked food service and customer service for 30 years and the girl that was there would have been reprimanded for the service she gave. The boy seemed to be a new hire and still in training. This kfc sucks maybe worst i have ever eaten at the staff gives not ones $$$$ or care about you they did not give me a receipt. The food taste old any nasty both times.we went... [yeah I know why go back right? Idk?] they did not give all items ordered I am not driving back to pick up more crap food And attitudes...They don't wear gloves i repeat the same person taking everyones order at the cash register went back there and made the food. The cashier at the window was extremely disrespectful. The wait in the drive through with just myself in line was 10+ minutes. I would not recommend nor will I buy from this business again.
