Terrible. KFC has really went down. It takes 20 to 25 minutes to get your food and then you are missing food. This has happened the last 3 times I have went. There is no sense in this. I can understand if they are busy but when they aren't that is unacceptable. It really needs improvement .
I ordered drum sticks and thighs, I am passing through Tifton. I see KFC give you what they want you have, not what you ordered. I guess that's how they do things here..
Service is bad. No butter for biscuits.Didnt want to give us the sauce that we didn’t get for our chicken strips.
