This was the third time in a row they were out of extra crispy chicken (full disclosure, I did not ask if I could wait for extra crispy) The chicken was a bit on the soggy side, unfortunately if original chicken was the only option I would not go back and this is 3 times in a row...
Food was alright, not the warmest as it took a very long time to get it. The restaurant isn't the cleanest we've been to, but also not the worst. It appears they have trouble finding and keeping qualified workers that actually want to be there and work.
hope you like lettuce, i have had to ask several times per visit for no lettuce because the lettuce is gross here and i still get lettuce i hate it here
Wait time on 3 cheesy gordita crunches and 6 supreme soft shell tacos was ridiculous and tacos were just thrown together. . sour cream at one end and all the meat on the other . And all that for 39.99 was even more unpleasant!! Definitely remembered why it had been so long since I had been there an probably won't be back again....
