This was probably the BEST customer service I’ve experienced at any KFC I’ve ever been to. DeeDee was very friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of a wait but the food was all very fresh and worth it! Thank you!
Third time I’ve been at this location 5:00 pm. Third time they didn’t have chicken ready to go. Wasn’t even busy and had to wait 30 min just for a take out order for a family of three. Mismanagement for sure.
Walk in and you are not greeted at all. Customer service is not a skill in which they excel. They stated “only accepting drive thru while front doors are unlocked with no sign indicating inside situation
Chicken was oversized.
