I haven’t been to a KFC in a long time, and after today, I remember why. I pulled up to the drive-thru and tried to let them know I had a mobile order. The employee literally responded with a flat, "Nope." I thought she didn't hear me, so I greeted her again and mentioned the app order. "Nope." I offered the order number. "Nope." The service is slow, but at least they're extremely rude at the same time.
This is the worst KFC. My food is always drying. It takes forever for it to come out which means they could just not take forever with the food so it wouldn't be so dry. They are rude and they always forget any sauce you order. Does that matter when you ask for sauce. Honestly I should be thanking them. They made me keep to my diet cuz I don't want fast food anymore.
I actually used the drive thru this time and got the classic chicken sandwich combo. For my side, I chose fries, and for my drink , I chose the Mountain Dew flavor that is not available in stores but only in KFC restaurants. It almost tastes like it has peach flavoring in it. My fries were nice and crunchy and very flavorful. The chicken sandwich was delicious but so large I couldn't finish it.
