Dirty and food nasty don’t waste your time this location is disgusting
This has got to be the worse location. The owners just dont care who they have working here and what goes on. As a restraunt manager myself....there is no way i would continue to have such a lazy staff. A few weeks ago i came in this location to get some chicken. The shift lead literally started cursing so loudly in the back and complaining about my order....i left and went to the snellville location. Fastforward to today. This place just seems to get worse. Last visit, they gave me substitutions because they didnt have what I ordered. They ended up giving me points as well as a partial refund... great. I dont live close. I finally got back to use my points and get told they have to be redeemed online -fine... but i couldn't order online because it "might be the system." When I asked for a manager, he said she would say the same- when I asked if he asked her already, he said yes, because they had the same issue earlier with another customer.
Terrible service, food quality was terrible, team did not seem to be in any rush. Fries were cold, I had to go back and double check box to ensure right amount of chicken was provided, which it wasn’t. Zero out of five stars, would not recommend. Hopefully this one gets shut down or new management brought in.
