Very disappointed with my experience at this KFC location. I took my grandmother there for lunch—KFC was her pick because she loves it—but unfortunately the visit was very unpleasant. The restaurant had a strong odor that smelled like stagnant water and the overall cleanliness did not appear to be well maintained. The employee who took our order was unfriendly and appeared unprofessional, and both employees behind the counter were on their phones most of the time instead of helping customers. Would give zero if I could. Terrible attitudes from worker, doors closed half the time, unwilling to make changes to orders, unreasonable wait times. Will not be going to this KFC anymore even if you paid me.
The people today are so rude it’s march 8 the hour is 336 the chicken is so dark and crunchy but yet they keep insisting it’s fresh and original,, apparently this is why they stay empty most of the time bad customer service and over cooked food,,the girl with the orange cast on needs a attitude adjustment
