The food I got here was very good. The chicken was cooked to perfection, nice and crispy. The drive thru worker Sarah was very nice and friendly, she made sure I got everything I asked for, she told me all the sauces she had and made sure I got what I wanted, plenty of napkins in the bag, she packed it nicely in the bags nothing was crushed or leaking. I would 10 out of 10 recommend with the service and food I received.
Food was terrible - It was cold and with too oil. I was excited about eating the new bowls and I feel like I paid for the most terrible food I ever ate in a KFC restaurant. I was not able to eat The Mac & cheese either cold and not taste good
We ordered the Family Bucket and the chicken was burnt. We could not eat it. Very disappointed and we will not be going back
So I don't eat at KFC often but tonight I stopped in for a quick bite. Not horrible but definitely not something I eat more 3-4 times a year. I MISS 1990's KFC!
Was going to my brother-in-law's house and stopped in at noon on a Friday. Was really surprised at the speed od service and food was great.
