This store gets worse and worse you give them a coupon and no one knows how to apply it to your food
Having an online order and waiting 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready is ridiculous so after an hour and 15 minutes after placing the order you get there and have to wait that long and you're still missing items im sorry I dont understand what's so complicated about it apparently its as difficult to put chicken in a bag as it is to build the Falcon space shuttle who knew
I deleted my previous review because I recently started going back since they brought the wedges back and this places has done a turn around compared to year ago. I have been back 3 times and the food is really good, I'm glad I was pulled because I will wait for good hot food. The employees are nice , I hope it stays this way because KFC has the best chicken of all and I hope they keep the potato wedges they are way better than the fries. Management is way better now also. Keep up the good work
