If I could give them a zero it would be too high. We stupidly have tried this location 3 times and ALL 3 times we were disappointed and swore we would never eat there again. The chicken served tastes old like it's been sitting for hours, the service takes forever even though ordered ahead on the app. The biscuits were not cooked thoroughly. Each time we thought, surely this was a fluke and it will be better the next time, but NO, it was ACTUALLY worse EACH time. The chicken is way too salty. then when you order online and give them enough time prior to pick up its still not ready. I've experienced this 2 times in the last 2 months.
