One of the access doors was locked. Not cleaned in the dining room. Understaffed and did not have any extra crispy chicken available.
The food is great when they have it but most of the time they don't have any thing ready to order.
The chicken was over cooked. I ordered a 12 piece but they didn’t have enough for a 12 piece so I took an 8 piece. I got sides. The corn was hard enough for popcorn. The chicken was over cooked and in the process it cost me $40.00. I was very disappointed!
I usually get KFC from this location but not usually at night. I placed a mobile order. When I pulled into the parking lot it said my order was ready. I went to the drive thru. The girl at the window was rude and asked me to pull up to the windows, I obliged. 20 minutes and many cars pass and they never brought my food.
