I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Avila at the drive-thru, and her customer service was outstanding. She paid close attention to every detail of my order to ensure it was correct. I really appreciated how she went the extra mile by double-checking that I had everything I needed before I drove off. It’s rare to experience that level of care and thoroughness at a fast food restaurant, and Ms. Avila made the experience quick, accurate, and genuinely pleasant. Excellent job!
I just went in about 7.17.25 for a 3 strip meal. WOW! The strips all together didn't equal 1 strip from any other chicken place. The potatoes tasted microwaved and waaaaay too hot. I had to eat again when I got home about 30 minutes later. I used to go here a lot and they had a 5 star with me, but something, for the worst, has definitely happened. No more good things to say. Headed to Hartz...
