Fries are hard and bitter. Chicken is bitter. The grease clearly needs to be changed. My side of slaw was missing. My fiance came home with the food from 20 min away or we would return to the store. Neither one of us can really eat our food, it's just bad. I used to get the chicken sandwiches too and it's always a toss up over whether it's delicious or grisly, dry, and horrible. Hope things improve soon because we love KFC.
We ordered ahead and the app said it was ready but when we are about to pickup the order they said that they don't have the wings. Asking to cancel the order and they asked us to call the customer service. Very poor and bad customer experience. Never recommend this store.
the chicken tasted like boiled not even crunchy, i ordered the spicy one and is no spicy. Coleslaw taste bad.Fries not crunchy🤮🤮🤮
This was the cleanest KFC we have ever visited. The staff was friendly and food was great. For some reason, they had Christmas music playing.
