I had quit going to KFC in Locust because the food just isn't as good as it used to be and Bojangles is just across the street, but I had a coupon I thought I'd use and gave them another chance. I ordered 2 spicy sandwiches and a large water and told her I had the coupon. I gave it to her and she said their restaurant didn't participate, so I paid full price for those and $2.89 for water. Absolutely rude management!! If you want to be disrespected this is the place for you!!
I pre ordered my order on the KFC app. Said it was ready. When I went in to pick it up, I was told it wasn't even started yet. I bought a 5 strip meal with sauces and 2 sides. When they handed me the order, my sauces that I requested on the app weren't included. I waited at the counter, having to say "excuse me" about 6 times to the young man behind the counter.
