When i got the food it was ice cold, the sides were not proportionate to the containers. There was barely any in there. KFC has gone down hill. I know that saying "i won't be coming back" doesn't do any good anymore. So I'll be taking this to corporate and resolving this issue. Too many times has this location messed up my orders. Pretty good
If I could rate them ZERO STARS I absolutely would!! My mother went and spent almost $30 on an 8 piece meal among other things and got chicken that was burnt and not fully cooked. The breaded skin was falling off of the chicken. Even more unbelievable was the fact that the staff was very rude. Multiple times have been to this location and multiple times have set in line for over 20 minutes with no one in the drive-through whatsoever and absolutely no one will respond at the microphone without me having to say something. It’s like there’s not a manager on site at all. tried to call to file a complaint. No one is there they do not answer the phone .
