I went and spent $21 for the worst food I have ever spent money on. The manager rushed me in and out of the drive-through was not friendly at all. My food is freezer burn taste like it’s been fried and refried again. It’s absolutely despicable food. I will not be going back to this location. Food is too expensive and inflation is too high to spay this kind of money for food. that is absolutely not edible. Shame on you KFC.

When i got the food it was ice cold, the sides were not proportionate to the containers. There was barely any in there. KFC has gone down hill. I know that saying "i won't be coming back" doesn't do any good anymore. So I'll be taking this to corporate and resolving this issue. Too many times has this location messed up my orders. Its so inappropriate and non professional. When I called to ask how to resolve the issue my call wasn't answered. I called 7 times. If I could rate them ZERO STARS I absolutely would!! My mother went and spent almost $30 on an 8 piece meal among other things and got chicken that was burnt and not fully cooked. The breaded skin was falling off of the chicken. Even more unbelievable was the fact that the staff was very rude.
