Nasty attitude
This is my first time going here and my last. First impression is last impression. I went through the drive thru to receive my order, the food was fine but the customer was VERY poor. You DON'T hand someone their food and look back away from them. No thank or have a nice day. Customer Service should be prompt and uniform. With as much one stars you have, you'll find yourself out of business. Adopt customer service skills, your food comes second.
There is no business and the food is still so slow, your employees should go back to Mexico to grow corn.
Drive-in experience was terrible I couldn't understand her on the microphone and menu is very confusing. I placed a order dinner time 5pm. extra krispy 8 piece with 2 breast, 2 thighs, 2 legs, 2 wings and large cole slaw for dinner. I got home chicken was so grease and smell gamey, chicken wasn't extra Krispy and 1 breast was dry out and old looking like it was leftover from lunchtime. We threw it out. We are so discussed.
