They don’t even deserve the one star. No customer service skills at all. None of them want to be there and they take it out of you.
Manager had very poor people skills. Very hateful and unfriendly. Very annoyed with the fact that people actually chose to eat there. Cold food was ready within minutes and tossed on the counter. Gravy was the consistency of water. The place was filthy.
Dequeen KFC smelled like the chicken plant today
I’m not one to typically complain, but after entering the building to pick up my order, I felt it was important to address my concerns. The condition of this place was extremely unsanitary and visibly run down. I have NEVER encountered a restaurant maintained at this level.
