Bush league….they were out of ketchup (who runs outta ketchup??), chicken portions were small and the lemon cake was frozen solid and inedible. When I approached them about it, they replied “we just got them out of the freezer, that’s just the way we serve them”. What a joke…you’d be better off tooling down the road and eating at a real restaurant. No wonder they’re losing market share…
Stood there waiting for 10 minutes, if not more, waiting on my order. I could see what I thought was it, but I've been wrong before. 4 or so people could see me waiting. Then finally the main dude pointed at me and asks what I'm waiting on. I say, "Order for Michael." He walks back and checks, and brings it to me and says, "You should've said something bud." Stopped in on a work trip. I believe James was who took my order. He had a lot going on but did a great job of getting everyone taken care of. Food was quick to me and was good.
