Went today around 7pm , Register lady caught an attitude for confusing the menu of inperson vs online , which i did not know “EVERYTHING” as she said ,was different from online menu to inside. She got even more rude once i said i was sorry but that i wanted to change my order due to confusion.Was super rude! Never going back!
Hot and Spicy wings was too good. We had to wait for 15-17 mints but they made that fresh and was too delicious ! The old lady taking drive through order was kind and polite.
Nasty people with nasty attitudes. The guy up front trying to learn was great, but the people teaching him are going to screw up any chance he has of being good at customer service.
