I get Kfc a lot and I just recently moved back to Lexington, this was one of my favorite Kfc’s growing up and so it was really nice to head back here for the first time in almost 10 years. Anytime I go back to a place that I loved after so long I always worry that it won’t be as good as I remember. Walked in at 3:30 pm two workers, no one at the counter to take the order. Been here many times in the last three years, first time I've never been asked what can I get for you from the menu. Disappointed, would be good to see this place back to customer service first instead of looking at you and ignoring you at the counter.

What I received for my order today is the reason why people are not getting as much fast food anymore. I’ll attach photos of my order because it’s absurd. It cost me almost 10 dollars, and to get such an empty container of wedges is ridiculous for the money. The container should have been filled up and the cheese sauce should have been placed on top in the bag.
