Ordered at 5:17p and got our order at 5:45p. Not coming back. So slow!
Ordered ahead online for a scheduled pickup. Waste of time. Got there at the due time and still waited 20 minutes. Then they still shorted me a side. Nowhere on the app to claim missing items. Wouldn't recommend the app for this store.
This KFC has rarely disappointed me. 99% of the time, the service and food are great! I usually order online and pick it up.
