Absolute worst location I have ever been to. Staff is rude, slow and disorganized. They can't keep up with any regular dinner rush.

The wife and I were hungry and decided to eat out fried chicken. We selected KFC on Hillcrest Ave next to Meijers to get our dinner. I pulled into the drive thru and ordered an 8-piece box of extra crispy chicken. Not a meal just chicken. For $22.99 I was supposed to get 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 legs & 2 breasts. That is $2.87 per piece! expensive I know but we were hungry and it was getting late (6:50PM.) I was told that they didn't have the chicken ready to fill our order and asked if I could wait.
