Always have to wait, need more workers
The staff here at the Springfield, Ohio location 1520 Hillcrest Ave. Rude plus the wait at this location is RIDICULOUS.
Probably the slowest restaurant in springfield. Can't believe I waited 20 mins on an order, and I was the only customer, inside and at the drive thru. Will not be going back.
Food was cold and also smell like piss all my years of doing a food review I'll never thought I would be writing that do not ever go to this location also have my receipt to verify that I'm a customer that being said I'll never go to any kfc location ever again.
