Where is management at? Was in for lunch.. after waiting for 15 minutes for my order I was told it would be another 30 minutes because they didnt know they were out of pot pies. Nothing from a manager at all so they changed to a bowl. A different teenager looking lady sets my food down in a bag (my order was for dine-in) and says ooops sorry about that. Horrible service.. I come to KFC because usually if they mess up something they provide good service.. not the case here. They are oblivious.
Food is always overcooked and not very good. They have messed up my order every time they are the worst you ask for Chicken Strips you get Chicken drums. Chicken isn’t cooked. If you complain they tell you it’s your fault.

The staff was very cordial, helpful and aimed to please. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. They were semi-busy, yet everything ran smoothly & every employee was working & doing something, No one was standing around on their phones. It was really great to see. I had the 2 piece meal & my husband had the pot pie. He loved the pot pie. The only drawback was my chicken breast meat was tough. The wing was great as well as hot potatoe wedges & a hot buttery biscuit. Mmm!
