I was eating with my family and had to witness two female employees verbally attacking, swearing at and throwing food at two young women who had come to the drive through to order food. I immediately left. When I got home I called and spoke to the manager Casey Sorenson who told me there was not much he could do!!!!! I should have called the police!!!
Very odd
Came through the drive through at 9:50 pm sat waiting to order nothing then called cuz I couldn’t clearly see staff in so I called and they said there were closed they don’t close till 11pm saw so many pull still pulling up worst service ever!
What we received was pretty far removed from what we ordered. Much of this could have been avoided if they read the order back or if they had a digital readout. We ordered two kids nuggets meals, but we received one. While they did not charge us for the missing kids meal, they did charge us for a chalupa that we did not receive. They also gave us two two-piece chicken meals that we did not order.
