What we received was pretty far removed from what we ordered. Much of this could have been avoided if they read the order back or if they had a digital readout. We ordered two kids nuggets meals, but we received one. While they did not charge us for the missing kids meal, they did charge us for a chalupa that we did not receive. They also gave us two two-piece chicken meals that we did not order.
We travel all over the country. This is the best KFC/ Chicken we’ve had in years! Fresh hot and delicious.
Got 2 two-piece dark meat meals and a crunch rap, didn't get spoons and forks through the drive-in. opened it up when we got out of the parking lot, the biscuit was on the bottom totally smashed flatter than a pancake, chicken okay I don't know why but it took them about 8 or 9 minutes to get through the drive-in and I had a line of cars behind me, when the girl brought my meal out to me she was very polite.
The team at this store is super struggling. We walked in on a Thursday (maybe kind of a holiday weekend? Memorial Day is Monday.) they didn’t have strips, or nuggets, at 930 p.m. I didn’t even get to order, there was only one customer (and 3 cars in drive thru) that had already ordered being told they couldn’t get what they ordered and in the middle of that an employee with green hair walked up and said “those three leave at 10.
