I think as a franchise, KFC brand is headed in wrong direction with store's like this one not following protocol regarding service, cleanliness and items that should go along with your order such as utensils, ketchup, napkins, etc. I've been to this location maybe 3-4 times. This time I just had to leave a review. I was trying not to hoping things would play in their favor for change, but I really hope corporate read my review and others with similar comments.
