Terrible management, horrendous service, okay food. They're all running around in there like chickens with their heads cut off. The place is always dirty, reminds you of a kitchen in your local prison. I dont see how they can work in such a filthy environment. Makes me wonder about their room at home. Employees are lackluster to say the least. You literally have to hound them to make sure you get your food in a timely fashion, otherwise your order will get lost in the sauce. Would have gave no stars if I could have....Went to get a pot pie meal unsweet tea and extra sweet tea for my husband along with a biscuit paid $14. Then told we don't have u sweet tea so here is your sweet teas then told no biscuits so I got two rolls ... Get home tea is sour pot pie no good... Never go to KFC again...

07/05/2026 New people same issues, now we got an attitude cuz u ask 2 many questions about their specials, cant prepare your food on time u order mobile, need you to wait 20 min. Before u pull up to window cuz its not ready although you placed it 25 min. Ago. Food burnt and thn kfc has the attitude.

Tell me why when I say give me on second to confirm with my spouse our order, the employee tells me, "If you don't know what you want get up out the line." Then has an attitude about getting some sauce. At least my chicken was hot but honey, try Jesus, please don't try me.
