Five stars all the way. I'm in New York visiting my family and wanted to feed them. William at the drive-thru was very friendly and showed me how to get the best deal to feed a big family. Thank you William and thank you Kentucky fried. We will visit again when I'm up here
William was great at the order window! helped me order food enough for 4 hungry munchkins. He was friendly and left me feeling like a great customer. Good man Will.
One of the worst customer service and the lady in drive thru, oh my god she don’t even know how to talk , she is always rude . Never going again to this store for sure.
