One of the worst KFC locations I’ve ever visited. The service was extremely slow, and the employees were inattentive and seemed uninterested in helping customers. The overall atmosphere was disappointing and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this location and hope management takes steps to improve the service.
I ordered an 11 dollar meal and a large mashed potatoes and gravy side. I paid the 5 dollars and change for the large mashed potatoes and gravy side and received a small. (I was given no receipt or straw). When I drove back around to get it fixed, they insisted I pay again. So overall, I had to pay for my food twice to get what I ordered.
