Expecting your customers to wait 22 minutes in the drive thru line, is unacceptable.
I stopped eating here due to the fact they got ten orders I took within about four months wrong. My wife ordered a plain chicken sandwich the first time it had a pickle on it. The second time it had everything on it. The third time they just gave her a bun lol.
Great Experience
The KFC location on North Main Street in High Point consistently provides unsatisfactory service. The Caucasian gentleman that frequently works the drive-thru window has made multiple order errors, at least four times to my knowledge! At this point I'm furious!
