The lobby was empty! Though it was 2 hours before closing, everything was already broken down! They definitely weren't happy to have customers! The tables were dirty! Thank God that I had cleaner with me! The tea was in the counter area but they wouldn't get it! When I got it, it tasted like it was old & beginning to sour! The fries were hot but hard! Drive thur line. Backed up . They take 1 order at a time. So it look like they are moving fast inside. Because of them trying to impress there corporate. They messed up put wrong stuff inside. When asked to get a refund. They will tell you they can't do refunds. Bottom line is that this kfc is low key trashy.

Was hungry for KFC drove from Greensboro to High Point thinking this was a good KFC really nice building walked in lobby. No one was at the registers. There were two other guests in front of me the workers there wouldn't even talk to them and when a guy asked a question for some barbecue sauce the KFC employee told him that would be 25% in a gruff voice. I would never eat here. I can understand now why KFC is failing! It's not their food is their employees
