Worst KFC ever! Waited 40 mins for an online order. Ordered the apple pie bites for them to tell me they didn’t have anymore and can’t refund me. All I could get was an extra side. We got all these chicken options literally next door? And they wanna act like this. I’ll be choosing hip hop, chicken trout, banging chicken, americas best, anything but here!
Boyfriend and I went on August 30 and there was 1 car at the drive thru ordering. Boyfriend ordered a spicy sandwich meal with large fries and a large drink. I did 6 years in food service, so I try to be patient and extend grace, but this was just all around disappointing. I spent just over 50 bucks so I would not have to cook after a long day, but I should have just cooked. My drink was not full, my 12-piece bucket was missing one piece of chicken, my large sides were not filled, and perishable coleslaw was bagged with hot food items.
