Ordered original chicken and they gave us crispy instead. Also asked for sauce for my nuggets and they gave us no sauce at all. 10/10 would never recommend
At 6pm on a Friday evening I called the New Haven Indiana KFC 7 times in a row and all it did was ring till it went busy! (Friday April 25th, 2025). Never got to place an order. Had to find ANOTHER TYPE of restaurant.
I have been coming to this KFC site for nearly 18 years. NEVER have I been asked to pull in a slot to wait for my order. After 30 minutes I returned to the drive up window and asked for a refund. Lady said “sorry about that. We gave your order to another customer “ Then she proceeded to yell at another coworker, “ Hey do you know how to do a refund! I don’t know how.” Needless to say I will NEVER return to the New Haven,IN KFC. I’ll go to Famous Recipe an extra 10 miles!!
