I have never encountered an employee with such a terrible attitude. I was waiting for my order and wanted to ask how much longer it would take, but a female staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to tell me the wait time—saying only that the food was being prepared—and then rudely slammed the door shut. Her attitude is awful every time I come here; I really don't understand why the owner would hire someone like that.
The food wasn't bad but they messed up my order twice.
This place has nothing but one star reviews. A majority of us agree it is not a reputable place. Why does it still exist?
Still waiting in line with four cars ahead of me, seems like orders aren't coming out right. I've been waiting for my food for 15 mins this never happens at any other Tbell.
