I drove 18 minutes to get here for the $4.20 chicken pot pie and drink special. Drive thru waited 4 cars ahead. Finally one car at the speaker. They sit there, and sit there for 10 minutes! Meanwhile two different employees have walked outside taking out the trash then walked back in. I try calling their number it shows busy then hangs up. Tried several times, can’t get anyone. Terrible customer service that will leave you standing there for 5-10 minutes without anyone saying anything to you to take your order. If they drop an empty bucket, they will still use it for your food. Bad attitude and simply the wrong KFC for me.
Dingy dining room. Bathroom smelled like marijuana, some guy in the stall talking crazy on his phone. Wait in line five minutes, then told it will be 15-20 minutes for chicken tenders. Walked out. Very annoying as we went a decent way out of our way to get the KFC / Taco Bell variety. I wish I had checked the recent reviews first, so many one stars. Went to Popeyes on 55 instead, they had tons of chicken ready to go, including tenders within a few minutes. Bright dining room.
