I am writing to formally report a serious food safety and sanitation concern regarding my visit to the KFC located on N. Woodland Blvd. in DeLand, Florida, on Sunday, December 29, 2025. After placing my order, I was instructed to pull forward while my food was being prepared. When an employee came to collect my payment, I was extremely disturbed to observe that he had visible nasal discharge on his face.
