I am leaving a 2 star for the employees who show up, work hard, and we're not affiliated. Just want to leave this here for the manager and employees who had my mother, wife and my 15 moth old baby sit in the drive thru at KFC, Morganton for 45 mins. They called 30 mins in advance and ordered a 12 pc chicken box and sides. Coming from someone who has previously worked in the industry for over 20 years, 8 at Judges for Russ and Mike, it doesn't take this long to raise the temp to 165 degrees.
