Tried to order in the drive thru but got rushed by the lady taking the order. There was no one in line behind us or even any other cars in the parking lot. After maybe a minute of looking at the minute, the lady in the speaker said “do you need help or something?”. Once I tried to order just 4 chicken strips i got told “no. you can order 8, 12, or 16. that’s what the board says.” I didn’t feel like dealing with attitude so I just pulled away without ordering anything at all. I know working fast food sucks but come on.
I felt the staff was very polite and professional. I am a dasher and even though they didn't have an item for my customers order , they did all they could to make sure my customer was happy. I phoned the customer to let them know and the staff offered an alternative, which made my customer happy and satisfied.
