went for large potato wedge order sat in the drive through for 5 min before someone even cane to the window after we ordered..Had someone cone ask about the wedges then disappeared and did not come back with any food.. then a woman came up to the window which she was one clearly doing everyones jobs… so when she thought it was the order she took she said a more expensive price and we couldn’t understand how the price went higher at this point we said we are still waiting for the wedges which now it has been about 20 min just... read more
Very pleasant experience. Staff members Daniel M. and Talaya were extremely courteous and offered a courtesy cup while I waited for my order. Efficient service and great customer service skills.
we need to have a drive-thru or at least 5 minutes before being greeted. could barely understand what the person was saying at the drive-thru but ended up waiting 15 more minutes before he said hold on. waited 5 more minutes and drove off. went to Taco Bell instead. this place is an absolute mess
I placed my order 40 minutes ahead of time. It was not a big order. When I got there I still had to wait 25 minutes for my order. There was only one guy working in the front and he was very slow. What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time if they wait for you to get there to start making it?
I went to the drive thru there’s a girl with dreads taking order I don’t know her name very rude very unpleasant no hello how can I help it , it’s “what are you having” I proceed to order” her response still unpleasant she has to work on her tone and delivery because she come off nasty and rude and for that I didn’t get anything from the drive thru as I didn’t want her dealing with my food.
