The speaker for drive thur is not working currently and my only issue is the wait due to malfunction. Customer service was good and food was hot and right on time, but wait time wasn't the best.
Great friendly staff
They don’t deserve a star it’s 8 o’clock and doors are locked. Nobody can get in or out and they’re all sitting on the chairs on their phones not doing a damn thing and I’m trying to get my order. They are lazy
They need a better intercom at the drive thru. He could hardly hear me and I could hardly hear him. I asked at the end, did you get the extra coleslaw? He said yes but I was not charged and it wasn't in the bag. They had to run the charger at the window. He asked me twice what dipping sauce and twice I said ranch. No dipping sauce in the bag.
Customer service is always been the most important thing when providing food and beverage services. Shout out to the manager Tony for exceptional customer service on today! I will definitely be back on Wednesday for the chicken fried steak!
