Placed a mobile order, when I arrived for pick up I was ignore by an employee hiding by the sinks playing on her phone. It was very obvious she was not attending other work related matters as I could hear a video playing. When she finally came to the counter so I could receive my order she addressed me by saying “yes?” In a very poor manner regardless of being friendly on my end. The manager was rude and not friendly at all. A large coleslaw should be filled to the brim, not 3 scoops. That is just gouging our money.
The mac and cheese is the only edible thing on the menu. The fries, chicken, new fried pickles, anything you get tastes like its been sitting on the hot line for 2-3 hours. They definitely need to be on top of the food safety
I paid $30 for a meal that was supposed to come with two large sides and they gave me the chicken forgot both my sides and didn't give me a receipt so doubt I can do anything about that. First time ordering will be the last. Wasn't even busy here.
Can’t get chicken and waffles at 9 pm because they turned there fryers off even though they close at 10 pm
