Ordered a family meal Chicken was way undercooked mac and cheese was not even hot biscuits were cold and forget about complaining it gets you nowhere.
Good luck getting your full order. The last 3 times I've gotten food here i have been missing either sauces (not a big deal but I did ask for them) biscuits, or a full on side I ordered and paid for. On top of that they are very slow and don't pay attention to their customers. I sat for 10 min. Past when my order was said to be ready. SKIP THIS LOCATION!!
I ordered online, with a pickup time of 7:15. I arrived at 7:20 and after waiting in line, was told that the biscuits were almost done. At 7:30, I asked about what I thought was my order, since it wasn't sitting under heat lamps to keep warm. It was my order, and I asked how long for the biscuits, since I didn't want to take cold food home. I was told the biscuits were almost done, and the older man who helped me "guaranteed" the food would be hot.
