Drove from inman to get chicken,order 2 dinners left off mac n cheese n pie poppers,chicken was dry.
I have to wait my food for 30 min in drive thru this is not the first time
Every single time I go thru the drive thru they make me pull up and into a parking space to wait on the food. I also have seen them do this to many others. It’s not ok! I could understand if this happened every now and then but especially when you are not busy (very little cars and customers inside) it shouldn’t be happening each and every time I go. They refused to make my DoorDash order after I paid. The poor door dasher called me in tears because the guy at the counter said they “didn’t have no mo food” and it was almost closing time. (I ordered the food at 8:45). After arguing with her about making the food for several minutes, he then told her they were closed. Awful attitude, awful service, and if you close at 10, close at 10. If you stop making food at 9, close at 9. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy.
